  • Pricing: Gold and Diamond prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in the international market and BAJUS (Bangladesh Jewellers’ Association) guidelines.

  • Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • For high-value items, we may require a partial or full advance payment to confirm the order.

  • Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (selected areas), Bkash, Nagad, and Bank Transfers.

4. Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy

Our commitment to quality includes a lifetime relationship with our customers:

  • Exchange: Customers can exchange jewelry with a 15% deduction from the current market value (as per our policy).

  • Cash Back: A 20% deduction will apply if a customer wishes to sell the jewelry back to us.

  • Mandatory Document: The Original Cash Memo must be presented for any exchange or buy-back. No claims will be entertained without the original invoice.

5. Delivery and Risk

  • While we ensure secure shipping, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is delivered and signed for.

  • Customers must inspect the package for tampering before accepting it from the courier.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, and images, is the property of Roy Diamond BD.

  • Any reproduction or redistribution of our designs without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Roy Diamond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or website. We ensure our jewelry meets the promised standards (Hallmark/Certification), but we are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or third-party repairs.
