Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – Roy Diamond
At Roy Diamond, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality jewelry and a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a purchase. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow.
1. 24-Hour Return & Exchange (Initial Purchase)
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Original Cash Memo is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
2. Lifetime Exchange Policy (লাইফটাইম এক্সচেঞ্জ সুবিধা)
We offer a lifetime exchange facility for our valued customers. You can upgrade or change your jewelry at any time under the following conditions:

Exchange Value: You will receive the current market value of the gold/diamond, subject to a 15% deduction as per our standard policy.

Mandatory Document: You MUST present the Original Cash Memo provided at the time of purchase. Without the original cash memo, no exchange request will be processed.

The jewelry must be in its original condition without any unauthorized repairs or alterations.
3. Lifetime Cash Back Policy
If you wish to sell your jewelry back to us for cash:

A 20% deduction (or as per the specific category policy) will be applied to the current market value of the product.

Original Cash Memo is strictly required.

Payment will be processed via bank transfer or office cheque within 7-10 working days.
4. Conditions for Policy Validity

Proof of Purchase: This policy is only applicable if you have the official Roy Diamond Cash Memo.

Product Condition: Any diamond or gemstone must be intact. If any stone is missing or damaged, the cost of the stone will be deducted additionally.

Custom Orders: Orders made specifically to customer requirements (Custom Designs) may have different exchange/return percentages, which will be mentioned on the invoice.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Items showing signs of wear, resized by a third-party jeweler, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Loose diamonds or gemstones once sold cannot be returned unless specified.
