1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Custom Orders: For personalized or custom-made jewelry, processing may take 7 to 14 business days as each piece is crafted with precision.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer nationwide shipping across Bangladesh. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Security & Insurance

Because we deal with high-value items, Roy Diamond ensures that:

  • Every shipment is sent in tamper-evident packaging to prevent theft or interference.

  • All orders are fully insured during transit. Our liability ends once the package is signed for and received by the customer.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Inside Dhaka: Cash on Delivery is available for all items.

  • Outside Dhaka: For high-value diamond jewelry, a partial advance payment (as a security deposit) may be required via Bkash/Nagad/Bank Transfer. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery.

6. Delivery Protocol

For the safety of your purchase:

  • The courier may require a valid Photo ID or an OTP verification at the time of delivery.

  • We strongly advise customers not to accept any package that appears opened, damaged, or tampered with. In such cases, please contact our customer support immediately.

7. Damages

Roy Diamond is responsible for any damage or loss of items during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damaged package.
