1. Delivery Coverage

We provide nationwide delivery across Bangladesh. Whether you are in Dhaka or any other district, you can enjoy our services from the comfort of your home.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible:

  • Inside Dhaka: Within 2 to 3 working days.

  • Outside Dhaka: Within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Note: Custom-made or personalized jewelry may require additional 7-14 days for crafting.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳৮০ (Eighty Taka)

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳১৫০ (One Hundred Fifty Taka)

  • Free Delivery: We offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain amount (e.g., ৳৫০,০০০ or as per current promotion).

4. Safe & Secure Packaging

Since jewelry is high-value, we use discreet and tamper-proof packaging. This ensures that the contents are protected during transit and your privacy is maintained. Every shipment is fully insured until it is handed over to you.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation via SMS or Email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery through our courier partner’s website.

6. Receiving Your Delivery

  • ID Verification: For security reasons, the person receiving the parcel may need to show a valid ID or provide the OTP sent to their phone.

  • Check Upon Delivery: We recommend checking the outer packaging for any signs of tampering before accepting the delivery.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Pre-payment

  • Inside Dhaka: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

  • Outside Dhaka: For high-value diamond jewelry, a certain percentage of the payment may be required in advance for security purposes. The remaining balance can be paid via COD.
